Kadimi, established in the year 1977 by Rakesh Gupta and Rajiv Agarwal.

This company is engaged in manufacturing Thread Rolling Dies for the Fastener Industry worldwide. These dies are used to cold form threads, serration, knurls on fasteners which are used by automotive, electrical and appliance industry.
The production unit is located in Gurgaon (in the suburbs of Delhi) in the industrial area.
In 2000, Kadimi Tool entered into a joint venture with PCC (Precision Cast Parts Corp.), USA to manufacture thread rolling dies for the domestic market and for export.
In addition to India, the dies cater to the North American, South American & European markets.
Kadimi International Pvt. Ltd.
Kadimi International consists of 5 departments. Each department consists of a department head and their supporting staff. The company has its headquarters in New Delhi. It also has sales offices in Mumbai, Pune and Chennai.
This department imports fastener machinery and tooling for the Indian domestic market. It represent some of the leading companies in the field like OSG Japan, PCC (USA), Hariton Machinery (USA), Saarstahl (Germany), Dongbu (Korea) and ChunZu (Taiwan).
This department deals in enameled copper wire & epoxy resin. The department sells its products in India, Nepal, SriLanka etc. It represents Samsung (Korea), Dong Yang (Thailand) & Ta win (Malaysia).
This department deals in tooling for the automobile industry. It provides taps, drills and end mills to multinationals in India like Honda, Yamaha etc. It represents OSG (Japan), Sutton Tools (Australia) and ZhuZhou (China).
This consists of thread rolling dies, carbide pellets and punches. It markets PCC (USA) products in the Indian market.
This department markets car park management systems and long range RFID systems. IT represents Misco (Korea) and Tagmaster (Sweden).

Kadimi Exports is India's foremost stone processor, specializing in the procurement, processing and export of high quality natural stone construction materials for the international market.
Over the last 10 years of its existence, Kadimi has acquired a reputation of providing unmatchable service and premium quality products, paying special attention to projects requiring special fabrication specs.
Materials include cut-to-size slabs, tiles and flagstones in natural, calibrated, honed, polished and tumbled surfaces in an assortment of sizes.
