Car Park Management Systems These consist of a ticket dispenser (issuer) and barrier placed on entry. Every incoming car is automatically issued a ticket by the ticket dispenser and then the barrier is lifted and the car is allowed to enter the parking lot. Payment can either be made at a Central Payment station or at a Manual Cashier station on exit. The system allows owners to implement a flexible payment charge to maximize revenue collection. The system can be linked with a variety of customer loyalty programs and discount options (in the case of a shopping mall or cinema hall) to allow owners to retain customers and maximize revenue. The system also eliminates all pilferage that can happen in a manual system. At the exit, there is a manual cashier station and another barrier. The cashier takes the parking ticket and inserts it into his machine and the customer display shows the amount of parking fees due. After payment of this fee, he is allowed to exit the parking.
